Return Policy

Return Period

You may return unused solar stakes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The return period runs from the date you receive the item. After 30 days, we are not obliged to accept returns unless required by law.

Return Conditions

Items must be in resalable condition, unused, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used outdoors for an extended period, damaged by misuse, or that are not in a condition suitable for resale. Proof of purchase may be required.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping as agreed with you.

Return Process

Contact us via the contact page to request a return. Include your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original packaging may not be accepted for return. Custom or personalised items may be non-returnable unless defective. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items, if any, are non-returnable once opened.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory return or withdrawal rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in that case you may return the item under this return policy after receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Processing typically takes a reasonable time (e.g. several business days) after we confirm the return.
